EOTD Detrivore Graveyard Mattes

I lost all my Detrivore samples for a couple of weeks and then earlier today I was digging through my end table and VOILA!  I found em!  They were hiding under my pile 'o crap.  I would take a pic of said pile 'o crap but it's too embarassing.  I thought I looked here already.  Way to win scatterbrains.

Since I never know what colour to wear with this bright ass red hair I was thinking neutrals & used the Detrivore Graveyard collection.  And I used false lashes!  I got them on so perfect (for me anyways) that they didn't hurt no matter how hard I shut my eyes.  That's how I can tell, if they scratch my eyeballs, DOIN IT WRONG!  I'm usually doing it wrong, but not today dudes.  All was going well, until I touched my eyelid with the liquid liner at the very end.

Meow Cosmetics Lost Rainforest Swatches

I'm not going to split this collection up in multiple posts like I did for the Caribbean Escape collection so be prepared for a ton of awesome today.

I have all swatched up for you Meow's Lost Rainforest collection complete with blush and Glow powders :D

Sorry for the weird bruises in the blush swatches.  I bruise super easy so I must have bumped myself at work.  I tried to use concealer but it was so not working.  And my arms are a totally different colour than my face :D  I also seem to have a healed scar as seen by the odd line in the shades Lost and Siren because it showed up in another swatch group I did also so it's not the colour's fault for looking wonky, just my wonky arm :)  It's super weird because without eyeshadow on that spot, I don't see anything.

I'll have to be more careful.  I don't like hand swatching (back of my hands are dry and usually covered in ink and scratches) and I'm not a lefty so this arm needs a flipping arm shield or something :/

6 Random Can't Remember What I Used EOTD's

Look number 1!  Shades remembered: 3  Crease: Supernova from Sleek IMABUTTFACE cosmetics PPQ palette, Lower liner: Stake from Tarte's Trueblood palette, Inner liner: Glinda's Kiss from Tarina Tarantino Emerald Pretty palette.  Lookie that!  All palette action!

Look 2!  Shades remembered!: Most of 'em maybe! Meow's Neptune's Grotto shades.

Lid main: Chasm, Outter lid: Malawi, crease: Tanganyika, Cocytus was to darken it I think, Inner corner Oddity (Carnival collection)  I copied all that from when I posted it to Facebook so it HAS to be true.  Maybe.  I wasn't even sure what I used them because my brain just saw blue, blue, blue, oh look, another blue.

Look 3!  Shades remembered: 2! This was an accidental smokey eye.  I just wanted to wear eyeliner that day but I drew the line too thick so I decided to smudge it, wasn't going on evenly so I threw some more liner on and smudged it some more to cover most of the lid.

Liner: Mac Pearlglide Intense in Black Line (<3<3<3<3<3forever) crease: Darling Girl Empire of Dirt.  No primers used in this look because I wasn't planning on a "look".

Look 4! Shades remembered: 3!

Look 5!  Shades remembered: 2

Last look!  Shades remembered: 0.  It's from almost a month ago :/  I think the lid was Hi-Fi cosmetics Pale Jewel.  The crease may be AL's Grace but I have no clue.

The shiny black eyeliner you see in most of the looks is Urban Decay 24/7 Liquid liner in Perversion.  All this time I was calling it Zero hahaha.  Too many names to know.  The brown liner in the blue look was Physician's Formula gel liner.

Oh hai thurr!

Just letting you know Detrivore's "10 for $20" sale is on right now until July 4th!  I finally FINALLY placed an order for full sizes of the Graveyard Collection a few days ago (which has a sweet dealio if you buy them all at once also.)

Limited edition shades are not included in the sale and they are:
Lucid, Prediction, Oracle, Schema, Catatonia, Mollusk, Baleen, Incantation, Cetacea, Lividity, Vaccine, Ectoplasma, and Lurid.
 Fluid, Apocalyptic, and Widow are discontinued so you can't add those dudes either but everything else is fair game.

But srsly guys get the Graveyard Collection.  They are awesome mattes both neutrals and a few funky shades.  I swatched them all here.

Plus I did a pretty damn awesome cut crease with shades from the regular line here (just remember you no can haz Vaccine in this deal).

I've been meaning to swatch all my matte samples but I only got to the pinks and then misplaced the samples somewhere when I got sidetracked.

I really like Artery and Starlet and of course the awesome yellow, Coward.  Petty is such a cool orange being like a yellowy-orange.

When I find the rest of the samples I'll do a proper swatch post with all the mattes.  So far I've only found these 10 on my ottoman.

NOTD Kind Fiona

I got my Rainbow Honey order for their Equestria Collection and the colour I wanted to play with first was A Little Kindness.  I decided to layer it over OPI's Fiercely Fiona from the Shrek collection. 

Here is what 3 coats Fiercely Fiona to 2 coats A Little Kindness looks like:

Here it was with 1 coat A Little Kindness. My right hand had 2 nails without the big pink glitters so I had to do a second coat to try to even everything out.  I didn't have to but it was bothering me :D

That picture turned out more clear.  The sun was setting so lighting got to sucking very quickly!

Tarina Tarantino Pretty Emerald EOTD

My Sephora FINALLY GOT THIS IN!  I've been waiting so long and I even asked and they said they think it was online exclusive but NOPE! CUZ I GOTZ IT!

I probably won't swatch it because I'm lazy and Temptalia did a wicked awesome job anyways so go look there.  Reading her post again I see it was $36US but in Canadaland I paid $46 plus shitloads of taxes making it $51.52 in the end.  Still worth it!  It's actually $3 cheaper on sale right now, which kind of pisses me off because I just bought this today, WHY THE DIFFERENT PRICES??!!

Not like it makes much a difference but I feel like being a whiny-ass. 

Now that I got that out of my system here's mah look!!

Guess what I ate for supper?  GINGERSNAP COOKIES!!  Booyah.  Starbucks as the best ones but they call them Ginger Molasses cookies.  Pfffft.  It's a Gingersnap.  With my LARGE Chai tea frapp kthx.


The next few looks will probably be blue ones.  It's the only colour I can think of right away that doesn't clash with my hair.


Although I'd like to try to recreate the one in that Temptalia post.  Dandy Lion is quite dandy.

Meow was one of the very first indie companies I bought from so these samples are a couple of years old.  The colours should be just the same though.  I feel like a dummy for not swatching them sooner!
