I'm not even a neutrals gal but after swatching these last year I fell in makeup love. These shades are exactly what I think of when I picture a holiday makeup collection. Warm, cozy shades. Perfect for glamming up Christmas parties. The only eyeshadow I didn't grab a f/s jar of in this collection was Mirth, the pewter one. My shopping cart was massive and I felt I could survive without Mirth.

I've never tried any indie makeup, but I really want to get these colors! They looks so shimmery and pretty and right up my alley!! I will hopefully be being some of these colors myself after christmas. Is there certain indie brands that you would recommend? Certain shadow colors?
ReplyDeleteMy top favourites so far are Meow, Fyrinnae and Persephone minerals. There are many other places out there that I do like, but these 3 I use the most lately. Meow does really cool limited edition collections, If you like these ones, you'd probably love their Egyptian Treasures collection. Fyrinnae was the first place I bought from and their customer service is awesome, Pixie Epoxy is a must for those sparkly shadows, and Persephone minerals has so many bright sparkly shades and pretty duochromes.
