Tis Mario Cart Time

Game Cube Mario Cart. Noice! I planned on wearing my new shirt I bought from Tee Fury. It's a kinda neato site, every 24 hrs a new shirt is released. They are only $9 each and $5 to ship to moi. This shirt was so adorable my boyfriend wanted one too so I bought 2 :D The girl's size xl would never fit my chest in a million years go I had to get a guys large. It's quite long so I may have to cut off a couple of inches to make it look right.



Since the shirt was muted colours I didn't want to wear anything too bright so I decided on black/white/grey!

I don't think I've ever worn these 3 shades together. I swatched a bunch on colours on my hand and decided to use all She Space pigments (I know some people aren't too fond of them but I haves a bunch and they need a usin'! And these 4 were the more vivid of the bunch) hah. vivid greys...

I used:

Main lid: Disturbed By Dreams
Crease and slightly higher: Convicted
Thin line in crease to separate colour better: Gothic Glamour
Highlight and blending a bit into Convicted: Glitz on Glass
Eyeliner: The Body Shop glitter black liquid eyeliner (was a duo with sparkle black mascara topcoat)

Just regular ol Rimmel Glam 'Eyez mascara

Blush: Luna Twilight Rosalie palette (the only good thing about it)

Highlight on top blush: TooFaced Candlelight Glow powder (waste of money but can't let it go to waste or that would be much worse)

Lips: Avon Mark hook up in Peek-a-Boo

I didn't line the lower eyes. I didn't want to distract from the eyelid or make the look too dark. I usually don't follow "daytime/nighttime" makeup but the shirt specifically told me, "If you make this look too dark, I will strangle you in your sleep." So the shirt won this round.

Ignore the crappy hair in the full face pic, I didn't dry it yet so it looks all scraggly haggly schmaggly.

Got Another Gem EXCLAMATION MARK

I really don't like that I can't stick and exclamation mark in the title. That's no fun :(

Anywhosies, I WON ANOTHER GEM!! Happy dance time!

I got my 3 Aromaleigh packages shipped to my mom's house because I was going to be there for Christmas and with the time frame I figured I had it all planned out correct.

INCORRECT! I forgot to take into account that there are no deliveries on Christmas and New Years so everything was delayed. I got back here Sunday night and Monday afternoon my mom texts me to say she has mail for me. Crap.

Knowing the gem hunt ends on the 10th I asked if she could please shake the packages and listen for a rattle just incase. And YES!! The package that was chock full of Spring Solstice had a purdy pink gem in it. $25 again!





I'm not sure what to get with it this time. With the coupon structure changed I won't be able to get as much as I did with the last coupon. I can't really complain because it is a freebie. It just still bugs me a little bit though. I think I may get a full size Notorious Sonic Lip tint and maybe the sample set of the Opulent Lustres.

Even looking at my rewards points, I had enough to redeem 500 but now I only have 437 I think. At the time, the reward was 10 free eyeshadows but not limited editions or Aromaleigh Angels. If this is what the reward will still be when everything is updated I'm stumped on what to get. One of my packages sent to my mom's was Rocks! samples from the 50% off sale so maybe I'll stock up on those once I pick my favourites. I wish I could use the points on the Ltd Ed collections though. And would the now permanent limited colours still be considered limited?

Questionable

I assumed I could use Aromaleigh's eyeliner sealant as a way to get my Fyrinnae Helena & Demetrius eyeshadow to stick and keep lots of sparkle. The bad part is, it's for actual EYELINING not the whole eye :( lol I failed hard this morning. At least I know now.
I tried to brush a lot of it away and then pat some more on top for the sparkly bits but it was sort of a lost cause by then, the purple was too dark for what I wanted.
Once that Pixie Epoxy comes in I shall be so grateful. No more experimenting to keep sparkles.

Blush: Enrapture


It sorta looked a bit whorey with the bright bluey purple and strong blush. I do my blush first so by the time I screwed up my eyes I had no time to fix anything :( Then I though, "hell I already look trampy lets amp it up, BRIGHT PINK LIP GLOSS!"
Oh well. It's just makeup. At the end of the day, you can wash it away.

AAAAAAnd me messing around on photoshop again. This was me last summer with my wicked awesome hair. Hair is real (not coloured in with photoshop) paleness totally not.

First picture was just lightened (I wish I could find my original, it's not that big a change, I got lucky with the lighting) and second picture used a "time machine" filter to make it look like it was cross processed. It made my hair and makeup uber wicked :D

Okie dokie smokies, here be my new years resolutions for 2010. I thought I only had one but when I think harder there are more.

Numero uno: Get my credit card paid off. I used to have a savings account at one point. Then I moved. Made less moola. Spent money like I was making the old moola. Went broke :( Credit card is teh debil and I will smite it with my wicked new found money saving tricks (there actually isn't one but I'll think of somethin')

Nombre deux: Spend less. There we go! My sneaky money saving trick. Who'da thunk it? Not I, most definately, but there is no way I'll be able to handle numero uno without doing nombre deux first. I am a spending fiend. I see the word "Sale" and I might as well black-out and wake up a day later. Even buying small things like samples for $1, holy do those ever add up. I haven't bought everything I've been wanting from Aromaleigh but I think I am good for awhile. Maybe make 2 more Fyrinnae orders to get them out of my system, and I want to try Hi-fi cosmetics as well but I know if I keep going I'm just digging my debt hole bigger and that stops me from resolution nummer drie...

YES! HOME! Moving to Winnipeg was such a waste of a year and a half of my life. I honestly can't say many good things about it other than I met a few nice people (just a few) and I don't pay for cable. The fib that things cost less here is a total lie. You pay 7% PST (Alberta you didn't pay PST at all) as well as the 5% GST so things cost MORE. MOARRRRRRRR! effing liars. The only way I can see if being cheaper here is if I bought a frikkin house. Those cost less here but whoopdedoo, I CAN'T BUY A HOUSE! Besides, I don't want a house here, this city ranks second in B&E's, first in homicide, robbery and car theft . NO THANK YOU.

Numero quattro: This has nothing to do with numero uno, nombre deux or nummer drie but I want to wash my face before going to bed. My pillow cases are going to strangle me in my sleep if I do not. My skin is horrible and when I get back home I plan on washing my face more, use lush scrub and take my skin vitamins on a regular basis. Clear skin = better pictures from moi!

5! This is where "loose weight" comes in. It's so not to be healthy. I've had asthma since I was 4, had pneumonia many times along with tonsillitus (got those babies yoinkied out), all shitty things that have happened out of pure nature, not because of my weight, so I figure weightloss will not make a difference to my overall health. So I guess "eat less shit" will be 5. I've done it before 3 times with positive results but I then I go back to "screw you, I'm an adult I will eat what I want" and then all of a sudden my awesome yoshi nintendo shirts no longer fit. Crap. My dream would be to lose 100 pounds but I'd settle for 80 (in total). The most I've lost before was around 50 and then I gained it back hardcore and then some. I can do it if I put my mind to it. Maybe for typing it down right here I will HAVE to do it.
Yep. Now I haz to. I'll start with 50 for this year. If I can get rid of 50 this year I'll know I can finish it off for next year.
